Fallout: Wasteland Warfare: Institute: Synths
Precio habitual $55.00Vendor: Everything Games
Product Type : Wasteland Warfare
The core of the Institute’s forces are the Gen-1 and Gen-2 Synths, robots built to mimic human form but skeletal and bare metal – though no less deadly for that. They are deployed to defend strongholds and facilities of interest to the Institute, and attack in large groups to overwhelm and devastate their foes.
Gen-1 Synths are the first prototypes the Institute created to copy basic human skeletons and structures. Robotic androids designed to be Radiation proof and combat ready, they continue to fight even when limbs are removed. Only complete destruction of the processors and torso are enough to stop them - and even then, they can often be salvaged and repaired, ready to fight again.
Gen-2 Synths are the Institute’s first attempt at full human mimicry. Clad in plastic approximations of human flesh, they are hardier than their Gen-1 antecedents and more tactically aware. Gen-1s often will throw themselves at an enemy, headless of the cost to themselves, but the Gen-2s are cannier, more likely to evaluate the target first. Far from cowardly however, when necessary they with still run headlong into a fight to serve the Institute’s purposes – as long as the target is neutralized, the cost is worth it.
This boxed set contains six 32mm scale multi-part high quality resin Institute miniatures, each with unique scenic bases, to allow players to expand their Fallout: Wasteland Warfare games. Players will need the Institute Wave Card Expansion Pack to use the contents of this box.
