"Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory" for Xbox is a stealth-action game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the third installment in the popular Splinter Cell series. Players assume the role of Sam Fisher, a highly skilled operative working for the NSA's secretive Third Echelon division.
