"Star Wars: Starfighter" for PS2 is an action-packed space combat game set in the Star Wars universe. Developed by LucasArts, it puts players in the cockpit of various starfighters as they battle across different missions and locations within the galaxy.

The game features three different story-driven campaigns, each following a different group of characters. Players can choose to fly as a Naboo pilot, a mercenary, or a space pirate, each with their own unique ships and abilities. The missions range from escorting transports and engaging in dogfights to taking down massive capital ships.

"Star Wars: Starfighter" offers a variety of starfighters inspired by the Star Wars films, including the Naboo N-1 Starfighter, the Guardian Mantis, and the Havoc. Each ship has its own handling, speed, and weapon loadouts, allowing players to choose the best ship for each mission.

The game's missions are diverse, taking players to locations such as Naboo, Tatooine, and the asteroid fields of Geonosis. Along the way, players will encounter familiar faces from the Star Wars universe and engage in epic space battles.
